Melt jet nonwovens process is to use high-speed hot air to draw the thin flow of polymer melt extruding from the spinneret hole of die head, thus forming the ultrafine fiber and condensing on the setting screen or roller, and relying on their own bonding. Die head is the most critical part in melting and spraying equipment. The uniformity of products is closely related to die head, so the machining precision is required to be high.

The mold heads of melt blown nonwovens/spunbonded nonwovens with conventional models of 1.6m, 2.4m and 3.2m can also be customized with different widths according to customer requirements to meet different production line configuration and process requirements.

The melting contact (spinneret) shall be 0.2mm-0.4mm in diameter, and the center distance of spinneret hole shall be between 0.7-1.5mm.
Suitable for process temperature below 350℃, carbon fiber 330-350℃, PP, PET300℃ below.
The mold body adopts high quality steel such as SUS630/SUS431.
