We make all kinds of mould, like basket mould, pipe mould, auto mould and so on. There are one kind of product called pallet, not all of the factory can make pallet mould. Beacuse it is a large mould with skills.

Usually pallet mould need H-shaped Bar consturcture ,caivty and core use P20 or 2738 steel .The slider or insert need 2316 steel or 718 . Guide piller ,bush ,pil etc need SKD standard spare parts . There are four ways to make pallet :1.injection 2.Hollow blow molding 3.Vacuum forming 4.extrusion molding . JMT is good at injection pallet mould making .

About the pallet mould maintain, JMT has own understand: 1. clean all the part when open the mold. especially the guide constructure, such as the pallet mould, the cavity need clean enough to sure the part quality. 2.lubricate all slide part 3. check all the parts, like safety side pin ,safety bolt, side protect plate, punch scrap.
