Zhejiang Jinmartai Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005, formerly known as Huangyan Jinmartai Plastic Mould Factory. Located at No. 281 Jinchuan Road, Xinqian Subdistrict, Huangyan District, Taizhou City — known as the “Hometown of Moulds in China” — the company is a national high-tech enterprise, a “Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative” small and medium-sized enterprise in Zhejiang Province, and a “Gazelle Enterprise” in Taizhou.
The company specializes in the R&D, design and manufacturing of baby and child mobility products, including child safety seats, infant carriers, strollers, electric ride-on cars and electric motorcycles, as well as automotive parts and home appliance moulds. It has an experienced R&D team, skilled fitters and a professional management team. Adopting a scientific and rigorous management system and advanced processing equipment, the company ensures precision and efficiency in mould production. To continuously improve its quality system, the company obtained ISO 9001 certification in May 2012 and ISO/TS 16949 (IATF 16949) certification for the automotive industry in 2017.
The company currently owns a 20,000-square-meter factory building and has constructed a new high-standard self-owned factory in Beiyang Town. Equipped with five-axis machining centers, high-speed milling machines, coordinate measuring machines and other advanced equipment, it has full-process mould development and manufacturing capabilities. Its services cover product and mould design, mould feasibility analysis, mold flow analysis, product design evaluation and plastic mould services, ensuring the successful implementation of every project.
