▪ Report regularly with photographs and bar charts to ensure timely completion of mould scheduling and control.
▪ Relying on our extensive experience in the automotive mould industry, we are capable of offering efficient, professional services to our customers while avoiding potential issues in the moulding process; furthermore, we provide cost-saving tools and systematic solutions tailored to the needs of our customers.
▪ Submit preliminary project plans to customers with clear timelines.
▪ Communicate with customers regarding mould design, identify issues, and optimize design details.
▪ Design control and product inquiries.
▪ Control the quality of critical machining steps, manage the progress of the project according to the mould machining documentation, and provide weekly progress and quality reports to the customer.
▪ Regularly update photos and videos based on customer requirements.
▪ Submit the parts test reports for the first article proofs and production test samples.
▪ Mass production can be initiated upon request.
▪ Deliver the mould to the customer, including protective packing, insurance, handling of import duties, and dispatching all necessary documentation, while possessing the complete tool drawings and related information.
▪ Shipping options: sea transportation—about 26 days, air transportation—about 3 days.
▪ Upon arrival at the destination country, customs clearance and delivery to the location of the customer will take place.
▪ The technical representative will be present at the mould start-up.
▪ Ensuring ultra-competitive pricing and delivery.
▪ Upon completion of the shipment, all mould documentation records (submitting spare parts lists, mould inspection documents, and process documents after shipment).
