Design & Development
JMT Technology firmly believes that product and mold design should be analyzed before manufacturing. Our engineers focus on studying how to extend the service life of the mold and ensure the quality of the mold. The mold feasibility study is the first step. After the mold plan is completed, mold flow analysis and other CAE (computer and engineering) software are needed to ensure that high-quality products can be produced to help our customers obtain great value.
Mold flow analysis process
CAE mold flow analysis can effectively improve mold production efficiency, greatly reduce mold production costs, ensure that products meet customer requirements, and ensure that mold performance meets mass production requirements and service life. CAE mold flow analysis provides understanding and analysis (qualitative) of filling and holding pressure, cooling, warpage, welding line and other molding conditions, and provides important reference for mold design and processing parameters.
