Meltblown nonwovens process is the use of high-speed hot air on the die nozzle extruded polymer melt stream for stretching, thus forming ultra-fine fibers and cohesion in the condensation curtain or roller, and rely on their own adhesion and become. The die head is the key part of the meltblown equipment, and the uniformity of the product is closely related to the die head, so the processing detail is required to be high.

Technical characteristics:

According to different raw materials optimized by computer simulation, customized special streamlined flow path, can get continuous unobstructed flow surface;
- Spinneret replaceable structure, silk hole compression runner structure design, stable material flow, uniform silk; 
- The air outlet is equipped with adjustable air flow device to realize rapid adjustment of local air outlet flow; 
- The surface is hard chrome plated, the fasteners are 12.9 grade high strength bolts, and the heating is controlled by stainless steel heating rods or liquid temperature zones; 
- Customizable heat preservation device, effectively reduce heat loss, reduce production costs; 
- Combined mold body, simple structure, easy to disassemble and clean;


Specification

Meltblown nonwoven die head/spunbond nonwoven die head Conventional models 1.6M, 2.4M, 3.2M can also be customized according to customer requirements of different widths to meet different production line configurations and process requirements.

The diameter of the fusion contact head (spinneret) is 0.2mm-0.4mm, and the center distance of the spinneret hole is 0.7-1.5mm.

Suitable for process temperature below 350℃, carbon fiber 330-350℃, PP, PET 300℃.

The mold body is made of steel such as SUS630/SUS431.

(1) Medical and hygienic cloth: surgical gowns, protective gowns, sterilized wraps, masks, diapers, women's sanitary napkins, etc.; and

(2) Home decoration cloth: wallpaper, tablecloth, bed sheet, bedspread, etc.; (3) Cloth for clothing: lining, bedspread, bedspread, etc.; and
